The bar

A tea-led cocktail programme.

At ShisanYee Teahouse, tea is treated with the same respect as wine. Every drink is built on tea first: three batched signature cocktails and two signature mocktails, each with a familiar reference point told through Chinese tea.

01 Light

White and green tea. Bright, floral and crisp, an aperitif to open the meal. Think a French 75 meets cold-brew white tea.

02 Medium

Roasted oolong and Chinese red tea. Aromatic and rounded, with stone fruit and honey. Think an Old Fashioned meets milk oolong.

03 Heavy

Aged shou pu-er. Earthy, rich and contemplative, a digestif to close. Think a Manhattan meets an aged tea ceremony.

Jade Soda

Cold-brewed Jade Dew oolong, fresh lemon verbena, and sparkling mineral water.

Everyday Milk Tea

House-blend spiced black tea, organic oat milk, and dark coconut blossom nectar.

The full list is revealed in-house. Both mocktails can be spiked on request.
